Role Description The Executive role at Delhivery in Kanpur is a full-time, on-site position supporting daily operations within the local logistics network. Responsibilities typically include coordinating shipments, monitoring dispatch and delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation for parcels and freight. The Executive will liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues, track service performance,



and support compliance with company processes and safety standards. The role may also involve data entry, basic analysis of operational metrics, and assisting with process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. This position requires consistent on-ground presence to oversee day-to-day activities and maintain smooth flow of operations. Qualifications
