Job Summary We are looking for a professional with experience in handling HVAC/AC vendors and a sound understanding of air conditioning systems, maintenance, and servicing. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation management, service scheduling, and ensuring timely resolution of AC-related issues across facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with AC/HVAC vendors for installation, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• HVAC Drawing reading: The candidate can understand existing HVAC layouts, check installation work, coordinate with vendors, and verify bills or material orders against drawings.
• HVAC Drawing making: The candidate can prepare or modify HVAC drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and support cost control.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for air conditioning equipment.
• Understand basic AC systems, including split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and central air conditioning.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown-related service calls.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and response times.




• Maintain records of service reports, quotations, invoices, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with facility management, procurement, and operations teams.
• Ensure vendors follow site safety standards and agreed service timelines. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years
• Experience dealing with AC/HVAC vendors and service providers.
• Basic technical understanding of air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of quotations, AMC contracts, negotiation, and vendor coordination.
• Positive communication, coordination and documentation skills. Role: Facility Management
