Summary: UST is looking for a skilled Workday Technical Professional with deep expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio), custom reporting, and a strong mastery of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to support enterprise-wide Workday implementations and operations. The Chance:
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio).
• Create and enhance custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields in Workday.
• Support Workday modules such as HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Leave Management.
• Partner with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for Workday integrations and reports.
• Participate in Workday implementation projects, covering design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity and security by configuring and maintaining Workday security groups, roles, and domain permissions. What you need:
• Proven hands-on experience in Workday integration development using EIB and Studio.
• Strong expertise in creating advanced custom reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and calculated fields.




• Deep functional and technical understanding of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence management.
• Strong ability to partner with business users and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of Workday security frameworks, data integrity protocols, and role-based access control. Required
