3–4 years preferred About Maatra Maatra is an AI-powered family care platform that helps people manage the ongoing healthcare of ageing parents and loved ones. It brings medical records, medicines, doctor visits and follow-ups together, making everyday care easier to manage. We're an early-stage consumer health startup looking for new ways to reach families who could benefit from Maatra. The Role We're looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial person who enjoys meeting people, opening doors and making things happen. Your job will be to find and build new ways for Maatra to reach potential customers. This could involve approaching diagnostic labs, pharmacies, clinics and housing communities, building relationships with RWAs, or engaging with potential users through Reddit, Quora, Facebook groups and other online communities. You'll spend considerable time in the field, speaking with people, pitching Maatra, negotiating arrangements and trying different approaches to generate adoption. This is a hands-on role with direct access to the founders and considerable freedom to explore ideas. If you're not comfortable creating your own playbook, this is not the role for you.

What You'll Do
• Identify places, organisations and communities where Maatra can reach people managing healthcare for their families.
• Personally approach potential partners, pitch Maatra, build relationships and negotiate arrangements.
• Work with RWAs, residential communities, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres and other local organisations to reach prospective users.
• Find relevant conversations and communities on Reddit, Quora, WhatsApp and other digital platforms, and engage in ways that build trust and interest in Maatra.




• Organise and execute acquisition initiatives, such as community demonstrations, referral arrangements and partner-led promotions.
• Follow through to ensure partnerships and outreach efforts generate actual users.
• Track basic results, learn what works and help expand successful approaches. What We're Looking For
• 3–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, partner onboarding or similar hands-on customer-facing roles.
• Evidence of personally finding prospects, approaching them, pitching and converting them into customers or partners.
• Confidence in speaking with strangers, handling rejection, negotiating and closing arrangements.
• Resourcefulness, initiative and persistence, with the ability to work independently in an early-stage startup.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain a new product clearly and persuasively.
• Willingness to spend significant time travelling across Delhi NCR for meetings and activations. What Success Looks Like Within three months, you'll have established relationships across relevant communities and businesses, executed multiple acquisition initiatives and helped identify channels that consistently bring new families to Maatra. We'll judge success by the customers you help acquire and activate, your ability to build productive relationships, and your initiative in finding recent opportunities.
