Position: Senior Engineer – Aero Engine

Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary Execute aero engine engineering activities with a focus on manufacturing engineering, non-conformance management, concessions, engineering changes, and technical documentation. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in supporting aero engine programs while ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute engineering tasks related to aero engine components and assemblies.
• Support Non-Conformance Management (NCM), concession requests, deviation permits, and engineering change activities.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform technical investigations, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for manufacturing and product-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and technical records.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, stress, and customer teams to resolve engineering issues.
• Support producibility assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, aerospace standards, and internal quality processes.




• Participate in technical reviews and project meetings, providing engineering inputs as required.
• Contribute to process improvements, productivity initiatives, and best practice implementation. Required Skills & Experience
• 4–10 years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, preferably in the Aero Engine domain.
• Good understanding of aero engine modules such as compressors, turbines, combustors, casings, and structural components.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Non-Conformance Management, Concessions, and Design Change activities.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, manufacturing processes, and configuration management.
• Ability to perform technical analysis, problem-solving, and documentation activities.
• Hands-on experience with engineering tools such as CATIA V5, NX, Teamcenter, SAP, or equivalent PLM systems.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience supporting aerospace OEMs such as Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, Safran, Pratt & Whitney, Airbus, or Boeing.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and engineering processes.
