Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nainital. This role oversees day-to-day business operations, ensuring that projects, services, and internal processes run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic objectives. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute operational plans, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation. Responsibilities include improving operational workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining high service quality standards,



and contributing to long-term business growth and scalability. The COO will also play a key role in risk management, stakeholder communication, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
• Strong Operations Management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and optimizing processes.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic execution, including setting goals and aligning operations with company vision.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, performance metrics, and operational reports to drive informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including cost control, resource planning, and financial performance oversight.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to decision-making.

• Experience in technology, digital services, or AI-driven businesses is highly beneficial.
