Finance Manager NextNation | Bengaluru | Full time Responsibilities
• Accounting, books closure and monthly MIS
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• GST, TDS, ROC and statutory compliance; audits
• Payroll, payables and collections
• Cross-border and FEMA compliance for overseas entities
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and ESOP administration Requirements
• CA / MBA Finance / CMA
• 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in a startup
• Strong in Indian taxation, compliance, Tally/Zoho and Excel
• Exposure to international entities or fundraising is a plus
