Role Description: The Founder's Office Intern will support the founding team with strategic and operational initiatives across FDE School’s programs and daily operations. This on-site internship role, based in Bengaluru, involves conducting market and industry research, preparing briefs and presentations, and assisting with project management for key initiatives. The intern will help coordinate cross-functional activities, streamline internal processes, and support communications with partners, learners, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities may also include data analysis, documentation,



and creating reports or dashboards to track progress and outcomes. This role offers exposure to decision-making at a growing education and technology institution and the opportunity to contribute to building learner-focused experiences.

Qualifications:
• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present insights clearly in written and visual formats.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with founders, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Organizational and project coordination skills, including planning, prioritization, and follow-through on tasks.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making.
• Interest in technology, AI, engineering, and education, with a willingness to learn about Forward Deployed Engineering.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset in a rapid-moving environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous internship or project experience in startups, consulting, product, or operations is a plus but not required.
