Job Title: HR Intern Duration: 12 Months

- IST 11 PM/12 AM Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working from office) Role Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 12-month internship. This role offers exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting, and various people initiatives while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding and new joiner documentation.
• Maintain candidate and employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support HR Operations activities, including documentation and employee lifecycle administration.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team on ongoing projects and assignments. Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.




• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
