Camp,Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and commercial finance. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing marine business transactions, monitoring costs and profitability, supporting cash-flow planning, and providing financial insights for business and management decisions. The role also includes drafting, preparing, reviewing, and managing agreements and contracts, coordinating with relevant departments for approvals and execution, and maintaining accurate documentation and renewal records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Comparative Analysis  Prepare detailed cost comparisons for marine equipment, vessels, services, procurement, and operational requirements.  Compare vendor quotations, historical costs, and market prices to identify cost-effective options.  Analyze cost variances and highlight areas for cost optimization.  Support management in evaluating the financial impact of procurement and operational decisions. 2. Budgeting & Cash Flow Management  Prepare and monitor departmental and project-wise budgets.  Track actual expenses against approved budgets and identify variances.  Prepare cash-flow forecasts based on expected sales, purchases, collections, and payments.  Monitor working capital requirements and support timely cash-flow planning. 3. Sales, Order & Pipeline Analysis  Analyze sales orders, revenue, pending orders, and business pipelines.  Track order values, realization, outstanding amounts, and expected revenue.  Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to sales and order performance.



 Analyze pipeline trends and provide financial insights to the management team.  Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams for accurate financial data. 4. Profitability, GST & Customs  Analyze project/product-wise profitability, margins, and contribution.  Monitor gross margin and identify factors affecting profitability.  Ensure proper accounting and compliance related to GST.  Support GST reconciliation, documentation, and reporting activities.  Handle/coordinate financial documentation related to customs, imports, and exports.  Analyze the financial impact of customs duties, taxes, freight, and other import-related costs. Required Skills  Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.  Valuable understanding of GST and Customs/Import-Export taxation.  Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.  Good understanding of cost control and profitability analysis.  Experience in drafting, preparing, reviewing, and managing agreements and contracts.  Knowledge of contract terms, commercial clauses, payment terms, and agreement documentation.  Ability to coordinate agreement approvals, execution, renewals, and expiry tracking.  Strong documentation, record-keeping, and attention-to-detail skills. Qualification & Experience  Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent. 

Experience:
