Role Description The Human Resource Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for Puchkaman® outlets, ensuring smooth staffing and people management across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for outlet and support staff. The manager will handle performance management processes, maintain HR policies and compliance, and support training and development programs to build skills and improve service standards. Daily responsibilities include managing attendance and payroll inputs, addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work culture,



and partnering with leadership on organizational improvements. The role also requires maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and implementing best practices to support business growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess skills in performance management, feedback processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, labor law awareness, and compliance with workplace regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in payroll coordination, attendance management, and basic HR data reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills suitable for a fast-paced QSR workplace.
• Relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B; sectors, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an advantage.
