Raipur, Chhattisgarh Territory: Raipur HQ and entire Chhattisgarh region Job SummaryQ-Line Biotech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to drive sales of diagnostic instruments and reagents across Raipur and the entire Chhattisgarh territory. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, experience in diagnostic equipment sales, and the ability to develop customer relationships and expand the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of biochemistry, haematology, HPLC and electrolyte analysers, along with associated reagents.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, pathology centres and other relevant customers.
• Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base across the assigned territory.
• Manage existing accounts and generate repeat business through effective customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors to support sales growth and territory coverage.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers, wherever required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of business activities. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling Raipur HQ and the entire Chhattisgarh territory.
• Proven sales experience in diagnostic instruments and reagents.
• Product experience in the following categories is required:
• Biochemistry Analysers – Semi-automated and fully automated
• Haematology Analysers – 3-part and 5-part
• HPLC
• Electrolyte Analysers
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage the assigned territory independently and achieve sales targets. Preferred IndustryIn-vitro diagnostics (IVD), diagnostic instruments, medical devices and laboratory equipment.
