Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces that power IFI’s participant and audience experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing UI designs, optimizing performance across devices, integrating frontend components with backend services, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth user journeys, interactive features,



and scalable solutions for live and on-demand show content. The Frontend Developer will also help improve code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with experience creating intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles, including version control, testing, and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Back-End Web Development teams to integrate APIs and data-driven features.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications and troubleshooting cross-browser issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and comfort working with product, design, and content teams in an agile setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or fintech platforms is a plus.
