About the Role
Meesu India Pvt Ltd is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Inventory & Purchase Executive to manage supplier purchase orders, track incoming materials, maintain accurate stock records, and monitor the movement of materials to and from the production floor. The ideal candidate will be confident using advanced Microsoft Excel and able to provide clear, reliable inventory reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Purchase Order Management: Prepare, update, and maintain purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Material Inward: Record and verify materials received from suppliers, including leather, canvas, lining, zippers, hardware, and other accessories.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of opening stock, incoming materials, available stock, and material consumption.
• Production Material Issuance: Record the quantity and type of materials issued to the production floor against production requirements.
• Stock Reconciliation: Track leftover stock, closing balances, shortages, and material wastage; investigate and report discrepancies.
• Supplier Coordination: Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, and material shortages, and communicate updates to the relevant team.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly stock statements, inventory summaries, purchase reports,



and other Excel-based MIS reports.
• Record Keeping: Ensure all stock movements and purchase transactions are documented accurately and updated on time. Required Skills — Advanced Microsoft Excel Is Mandatory Candidates must have practical, hands-on experience with:
• VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• SUMIF / SUMIFS and COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
• IF formulas and conditional formatting
• Data validation, sorting, filtering, and duplicate checking
• Inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and Excel-based MIS reporting Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, stores, or material coordination—preferably in a manufacturing unit or craft studio.
• Familiarity with raw materials and production workflows is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to record keeping.
• Positive coordination and communication skills for working with suppliers and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple records, meet reporting timelines, and take ownership of inventory accuracy. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will maintain clear visibility of materials from supplier purchase orders and goods received through production issuance to final stock balance. Records should be accurate, up to date, and easy for the team to review.
