Role overview Zylo House of Brands Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Accountant to own day-to-day books, MIS reporting and sales order processing across its two fragrance brands, OCD and iScents.

• Reports to: CFO The role sits at the centre of finance and operations: keeping Tally accurate, giving management clean numbers on time, and making sure every order is processed correctly from receipt to invoice.
Key responsibilities
Accounting and compliance
• Record day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, sales, expenses) in the ERP/Tally
• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory return filings
• Maintain accounts receivable/payable ageing and follow-ups
• Assist during internal and statutory audits MIS and reporting
• Compile and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data from various departments
• Build and maintain dashboards/trackers for management review
• Analyse trends and highlight exceptions to management
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests Order processing
• Receive, verify and process customer/sales orders accurately
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment
• Track order status and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Resolve order discrepancies (pricing, quantity, documentation)
• Maintain order records and prepare periodic status reports
• Escalate delays or issues for timely resolution Requirements Qualifications and experience

Com / M.
Com, or CA Inter / CMA Inter (pursuing or completed)
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in FMCG, D2C or a distribution business
• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally
• Practical exposure to GST and TDS compliance and return filing Skills
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formulas, basic dashboards
• Comfort with Google Sheets for shared trackers
• Strong attention to detail and number accuracy
• Explicit written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Able to coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams and follow up firmly
• Organised, deadline-driven and trustworthy with confidential data
