- about our product, delivery, refunds, anything ? Log conversations and share weekly insights ? Handle questions on WhatsApp and phone ? Call customers daily, whether for check-ins, refills, feedback, or follow-ups The fun part: you’ll hear things no one else on the team does. Bring them to our brainstorms, pitch fixes, and watch your ideas actually ship.
