Remote Type: Internship | Part-time / Full-time Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000/month Duration: 3–6 months Brand: F3K — Future 3000 Industry: Fashion / Streetwear / Avant-Garde About F3K F3K is a new-generation fashion label exploring the intersection of avant-garde streetwear, futuristic design, technology, and culture. We are building a distinct visual language around minimalism, dystopian aesthetics, experimental silhouettes, technical construction, and understated luxury. We’re looking for a Fashion Design Intern who wants to be involved from the early stages of building the brand. What You’ll Do
* Develop T-shirt, jacket, outerwear, and apparel concepts
* Create fashion sketches, technical drawings, and design sheets
* Research upcoming fashion, streetwear, textile, and cultural trends
* Develop mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concepts
* Experiment with silhouettes, proportions, cuts, panels, seams, embroidery, and prints
* Assist in developing tech packs for manufacturers
* Research and recommend fabrics, seam designs, GSM, trims, hardware, labels, and finishing
* Help translate creative concepts into production-ready garments
* Work with manufacturers/tailors during sampling and revisions
* Review samples and identify improvements in fit, construction, proportion, and finishing
* Assist with collection planning and product development
* Create design variations based on feedback
* Help maintain an organized design/product archive
* Assist with styling and preparation for campaign shoots and product photography
* Contribute ideas to F3K’s overall visual identity and design language Skills We’re Looking For Essential:
* Strong understanding of fashion fundamentals
* Ability to sketch garments and communicate design ideas
* Understanding of silhouettes, proportions, construction, and fit




* Valuable knowledge of fabrics and garment manufacturing
* Strong visual research and moodboard skills
* Positive understanding of streetwear / contemporary fashion
* Attention to detail
* Ability to take a concept from idea → sketch → sample
* Good communication and willingness to iterate Software: Knowledge of any of these is a plus:
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop
* Figma
* CLO 3D
* Blender
* Procreate
* CorelDRAW
* Canva You don’t need to know everything. Strong design thinking matters more than software knowledge. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who:
* Doesn’t just follow Pinterest trends
* Has a strong personal design perspective
* Understands why a garment works, not just what looks cool
* Is obsessed with details and construction
* Can experiment without losing wearability
* Understands contemporary streetwear
* Is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
* Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
* Is willing to visit manufacturers/sampling units when required
* Wants to actually build a fashion brand, rather than simply complete an internship What You’ll Get
