Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Psychometrician cum Psychologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge and practical experience in administering, scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and psychometric assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Administer, score, and interpret projective and non-projective psychological tests.
- Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports and assist with case formulation.
- Conduct developmental, behavioural, cognitive, emotional, and personality assessments, as appropriate to qualifications and competence.
- Coordinate with clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and other professionals to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate assessment records, documentation, and confidentiality.
- Communicate assessment findings professionally to the clinical team and, where appropriate, to clients and families. Qualifications

in Psychology.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Clinical Psychology qualification and relevant assessment experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in psychometric assessment.
- Strong knowledge of projective and non-projective psychological assessment tools. Required Skills
- Practical experience in psychological test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.
- Knowledge of assessments across different age groups, including preschool children, school-age children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
