Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant government and private tender opportunities, collecting and analyzing tender requirements, and preparing accurate, timely proposals, bids, and supporting documentation. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and compliance information, maintaining tender databases and records, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and tender guidelines. The Tender Executive will track tender status, manage submission timelines, follow up on results,



and support post-tender negotiations or clarifications as needed. Day-to-day activities also include market research, competitor analysis, documentation control, and contributing to process improvements to enhance win rates and tender efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal writing, with attention to detail and compliance with RFP/RFQ terms.
• Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify suitable tender opportunities and inform bidding strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Candidates should possess skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), document management, and basic digital tools for organizing and tracking tender-related information.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of commercial terms, basic contract principles, and pricing structures; experience with government or institutional procurement processes is an advantage.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in tender management, sales support, or admin roles in EdTech or technology sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple deadlines, maintain accuracy under time pressure, and uphold ethical and non-discriminatory practices in all processes.
