About the Role
Kitchen Koncept is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Showroom Sales & CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, assist showroom visitors, handle telecalling, and maintain solid relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience in handling sales enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist them with product enquiries.
• Telecalling & Follow-ups: Contact prospective customers, respond to enquiries, and conduct timely follow-ups.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update lead statuses, and track follow-up activities.




• Appointment Coordination: Schedule showroom visits and coordinate customer appointments.
• Sales Assistance: Provide information about modular kitchens and kitchen appliances to support the sales process. Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or CRM management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
• Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
