As a technical manager, the role involves liaising with and assisting customers and teams in managing RAN integration operations for current and new projects across Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei environments.

Responsibilities:
Professionally represent day-to-day RAN integration operations for engineering teams, perform reviews, remove technical obstacles, determine technical direction and lead integration initiatives. Manage teams to support the successful delivery of RAN integration, commissioning, configuration, deployment and acceptance activities. Provide technical leadership and support across OEMs platforms, including configuration, software upgrades, licensing, cell activation, alarms and integration troubleshooting. Work closely with RAN Planning, Design, Optimization, Core, Transport/IP, OSS/NMS, NOC and Field teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration. Receive customer feedback, identify requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide optimal solutions and enhance existing services. Document integration plans, technical requirements, activities, issues, risks and specifications and provide regular management reports.



Implement process and technology improvements to increase integration quality, productivity and operational efficiency. Understand customer business and technical requirements and ensure solutions are delivered within agreed KPI, SLA, quality and project timelines. Communicate organizational/project objectives effectively and develop team capabilities through knowledge sharing and training on newer RAN technologies. Work closely with multiple stakeholders, customers, OEMs and vendors to identify deployment, technical and procedural issues and bring about swift and effective solutions. Lead technical escalations, RCA and corrective/preventive actions for critical integration issues. Manage resource planning, team performance, workload allocation and delivery productivity. Ensure compliance with approved MOP/SOP, change management, quality and safety processes and industry standards/best practices.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a RAN Integration Manager / Telecom Technical Manager with experience in RAN planning, design, integration, implementation, optimization and network operations for large telecom service providers. Strong hands-on and managerial experience in Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei RAN integration environments. Strong knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NSA/SA,



RAN architecture, eNodeB/gNodeB, CU/DU, RAN interfaces, IP/Transport, synchronization and OSS/NMS. Experience in managing large-scale RAN rollout, Modernization, Swap, Integration and Deployment programs. Experience in designing and implementing efficient operational processes for service performance, resource management, quality management, KPI and SLA achievement. Strong experience in technical troubleshooting, escalation management, RCA and resolution of complex RAN integration issues. Proven experience in managing engineering teams, resource planning, performance management and technical competency development. Robust customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate and collaborate with customers, OEMs, vendors and multiple technical disciplines across different organizational levels. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Possess very good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Must have technical / professional

qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Telecom/RAN planning, design, deployment, integration and operations. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in direct supervision/management of technical teams and managing major RAN integration/deployment projects. BS degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field. Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and management reporting. Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI and/or automation/reporting tools will be an added advantage.
