Business Development Manager – Learning & Development Solutions

Domestic & International Markets Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in selling custom eLearning solutions, learning technologies, LMS/LXP platforms, and corporate training services to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving B2B sales across domestic and international markets and building relationships with L&D;, HR, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers for custom eLearning and learning technology solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Engage with HR, L&D;, Talent Development, and business leaders to understand learning needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized learning proposals and solutions.




• Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools. Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in:

• LMS/LXP Platforms
• Learning Technologies
• Corporate Training Solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with domestic and international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms preferred.
