Role Description The Talent Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing and implementing talent management initiatives that support workforce growth and organizational performance. Day-to-day tasks include driving employee engagement programs, coordinating training and development activities, and supporting performance management cycles such as goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes. The specialist will also contribute to succession planning by identifying high-potential team members and supporting career development pathways. In addition,



the role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with company objectives, analyzing talent-related data, and recommending improvements to policies, processes, and tools. Qualifications
• Strong talent management skills, including experience with Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
• Expertise in Employee Engagement, with the ability to design and implement programs that enhance motivation and retention.
• Hands-on experience in Training & Development, including needs assessment, program coordination, and evaluation.
• Solid understanding of Performance Management processes, including goal setting, appraisal frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS or talent management systems, and comfort with using data and metrics to support decisions.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
