- Churchgate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, collecting and verifying documentation, and preparing accurate bid proposals within defined timelines. The Tender Executive coordinates with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs, ensures compliance with tender terms and conditions, and maintains detailed records of submissions and outcomes. The role involves monitoring tender portals, supporting negotiation stages,



updating management on tender status, and contributing to process improvements that enhance success rates. The Tender Executive is expected to work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth through successful tender participation. Qualifications
• Strong tender management skills, including bid preparation, documentation handling, and compliance review.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender portal navigation, with solid data management and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and organizational skills for evaluating tender requirements, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing multiple bids.
• Relevant experience in tendering, contracts, or commercial operations, preferably within hospitality or related service industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, hospitality management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai (Churchgate), demonstrate ownership, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
