Nainital, Uttarakhand Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth, expand distributor and retailer networks, and build strong customer relationships in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets while improving product distribution and market visibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular field visits, customer mapping, and product demonstrations.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Monitor competitor pricing, promotional schemes, and market activities.
* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer relationships.




* Improve product visibility and execute local promotional activities. Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, coffee, or pest control.
* Knowledge of the local market and sales territory.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Fluency in Hindi and the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* A valid driving licence and two-wheeler are preferred for field visits. Preferred Skills
