• Identify, research, and track federal opportunities using SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, agency forecasts, and other relevant sources.
•
• Analyze RFIs, Sources Sought notices, RFQs, and RFPs; assess eligibility, scope, contract vehicles, deadlines, incumbents, and competitive positioning to support Bid/No-Bid decisions.
•
• Coordinate capture plans, market intelligence, contracting officer outreach, industry-day participation, and internal capture reviews.
•
• Identify and engage teaming partners and SMEs; maintain capability gap matrices and coordinate NDAs and teaming documentation with the contracts team.
•
• Manage proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, compliance trackers, assignments, review cycles, amendments, and deliverables across writers, SMEs, pricing, and partners.
•
• Coordinate final proposal checks, packaging, timely electronic submission, confirmation records, and post-submission follow-up.
•
• Maintain accurate pipeline and proposal trackers; report prospect status, risks, deadlines, and next actions to management.
