About the Role
We are looking for experienced SSIS Developers and SSIS Leads with strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), ETL development, and SQL Server. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL packages and data integration workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Develop and support ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Work with SQL Server databases, data warehouses, and multiple data sources.
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and error handling to ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize package execution and performance.
• Schedule and monitor ETL jobs using SQL Server Agent.
• Collaborate with business analysts,



data engineers, and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.
• For Lead positions, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and coordinate delivery activities. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Valuable knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
• Experience with stored procedures, joins, functions, views, and query optimization.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL packages.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data validation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• SQL Server Agent and job scheduling.
• SSRS / SSAS.
• Data warehouse and database migration projects.
• Version control, deployment processes, and production support.
• Team coordination, code reviews, and technical mentoring for Lead positions. Immediate joiners are preferred.
