Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Kolkata. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for hospitality positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, using various channels to attract talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will also handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. In addition,



the role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship management.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for hiring.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic HR practices, compliance, and onboarding processes within a corporate or hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in hospitality recruitment or service-industry hiring is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and comfort with maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
