Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end RTV operations, from RTV Creation to final dispatch Generate picklists, process returns, and manage box closing activities with help of Warehouse Employee. Ensure timely movement of RTVs through Packed and Ready-to-Ship stages. Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transport partners for smooth dispatches. Manage Debit Notes (DN), invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and Credit Notes. Track RTV status, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure timely closure. Maintain accurate records and ensure all RTV transactions are updated in the ERP system. Educational Qualification Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in operations, supply chain, or logistics. Experience Required 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
