• You will not cold call. Our team books the video meetings for you, about 10–15 a week. Many owners come from our community of 2,000+ contractors.
• You meet owners of fit-out,



renovation and joinery companies in Dubai on Google Meet, in English, with our tested presentation.
• You close the deal (AED 1,590 a month) and take the payment while the owner is still on the call. What you will earn
• Month one: ₹50,000 guaranteed (₹30,000 base + at least ₹20,000 commission), even while you are still learning.
• After that: ₹30,000 base + ₹15,000 for every client who pays (₹7,500 after their first payment, ₹7,500 after their second). No cap.
• Example: 50 meetings a month at a 12% close rate = 6 clients = ₹1,20,000 for the month. Close more, earn more. How you will work
• Fully remote, from anywhere in India. You need a laptop, stable internet and a quiet room.
• Monday to Friday, UAE business hours (about 11:30–19:30 IST). Saturday and Sunday off.
• Our playbook, real meeting recordings, live call coaching and a training app. Your first training days are paid as working days.
