The team curates specialty coffee experiences for both cafés and home brewers, profiling and roasting coffees in small micro batches for optimal flavor. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Barista will prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, ensuring accurate brewing methods and consistent drink quality. Responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for accompanying items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing inventory related to coffee and café supplies. The role involves welcoming guests, explaining coffee profiles and brewing methods, taking and processing orders, handling payments,



and providing attentive customer service. The Barista will also support occasional cupping sessions, coffee tastings, and brand events, while collaborating with the team to uphold Corridor Seven’s standards of quality and hospitality. Qualifications
• Barista skills, including espresso extraction, manual brewing methods, and basic coffee equipment handling.
• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming environment and build rapport with guests.
• Strong Communication skills to explain coffee profiles, brewing techniques, and menu items clearly.
• Food Preparation skills for handling café food items safely and consistently.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced café environment.
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about specialty coffee, attend internal training, and grow with the brand.
