Opportunity: Potential Full-Time Conversion based on performance About the OpportunityRuvimo is a rapid-growing online tutoring company supporting K–12 students and families across the United States. The company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to help enhance parent satisfaction, strengthen client relationships, and improve student retention. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in customer success, client communication, business operations, and retention strategies while working with an international customer base. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Parent Engagement: Communicate with US-based parents, address queries, and conduct regular satisfaction check-ins.
• Client Retention: Follow up on renewals, identify accounts at risk of cancellation, and help resolve concerns.
• Renewals & Upselling: Identify opportunities for package extensions, additional tutoring hours, and subject expansion.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with parents and tutors to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience.




• Operations & CRM: Maintain accurate records of feedback, renewals, attendance, and cancellation reasons.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor student engagement and identify early signs of potential client churn. ?
