Role Description The Factory Manager for the polymer insulator factory will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Haora includes managing production schedules, coordinating resources, supervising shop-floor teams, and resolving operational issues. The Factory Manager will monitor process performance, implement improvements, and enforce safety and compliance procedures. Responsibilities also include collaborating with quality and maintenance teams, reporting on key performance metrics, optimizing costs,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Qualifications
• Robust skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet output targets.
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure polymer insulators meet specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
• Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to oversee end-to-end factory activities and drive efficiency.
• Knowledge of electrical goods manufacturing processes and materials, particularly polymer insulators, is highly beneficial.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage diverse teams, delegate tasks, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Ability to analyze production data, use basic industrial KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, workplace compliance, and industrial best practices.
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification, or equivalent manufacturing experience; prior experience in factory management is preferred.
