Full-time Travel: Extensive travel across India required Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive fieldwork and travel across India. The candidate must possess a vehicle and be ready to participate in industry exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential customers in the EMS sector.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to potential clients.
• Fieldwork:
• Conduct regular visits to client sites across India to promote products and services.




• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and potential product enhancements.
• Exhibition Participation:
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
• Prepare and manage exhibition materials and presentations to attract and engage potential clients.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:
• BE in Electronics.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, specifically in the EMS industry.
• Strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. •
