Role Description The Functional Medicine Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at HealZen Clinic in Pune and upcoming Mumbai Center . The consultant will conduct detailed health assessments, review medical histories, and analyze laboratory and diagnostic data to identify root causes and functional imbalances. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing personalized functional medicine and nutrition protocols, collaborating with physicians and other care providers, and monitoring client progress through follow-up consultations. The role involves educating clients on lifestyle changes, therapeutic nutrition, and evidence-based interventions,



while documenting care plans accurately and maintaining clear communication with both clients and the clinical team. The consultant will also support continuous improvement of clinic processes, contribute to case discussions, and stay current with emerging research in functional medicine and integrative health. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to interpret clinical data, lab reports, and complex health histories.

• Relevant qualifications such as a medical degree (MBBS, MD), degree in AYUSH, naturopathy, nutrition, or allied health, with training or certification in functional medicine or integrative medicine.
• Experience working with chronic and lifestyle-related conditions, and familiarity with evidence-based functional nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment, demonstrate ethical, non-judgmental care, and maintain detailed, accurate documentation.
