Key Responsibilities
• Scout, pitch, and onboard influencers and content creators.
• Manage relationships with exclusive talent.
• Pitch creators to brands and secure paid collaborations.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate brand campaigns from briefing to execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow talent visibility and revenue. Requirements
• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Positive understanding of the creator economy and social media trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and commercially driven.
• Existing creator and brand connections are a plus. We're looking for someone who can spot talent, build relationships, and turn opportunities into deals.
