Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced AI Video Editor Specialist
- B2 Level English Bilingual. The specialist will use AI-powered tools to produce, edit, and optimize video content that educates and engages both insurance customers and agents. Day-to-day tasks include planning video concepts, editing footage, applying color grading, incorporating motion graphics, and adding on-brand visual elements. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align video content with campaign goals, repurposing long-form content into short-form assets,



and ensuring videos are optimized for multiple platforms. The specialist is expected to manage deadlines, maintain consistent quality, and communicate effectively in English at a B2 level or higher. Candidates must be prepared to present previous videos produced as part of the interview process. Qualifications
• Solid skills in video production and video editing, including use of AI-assisted editing tools.
• Proficiency in video color grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality.
• Experience in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging, on-brand visual assets.
• B2 level or higher proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience as a video editor or content creator, preferably in tech, SaaS, or marketing-focused environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing best practices for video content distribution.
• Experience with insurance, fintech, or professional services industries is a plus.
