Role Description The Shift Operations Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Yelahanka. This role is responsible for supervising daily warehouse and logistics operations during assigned shifts, ensuring timely inbound and outbound movement of goods. The team leader coordinates workforce allocation, monitors process adherence, and resolves operational issues to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Key tasks include tracking shift performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards, communicating updates to management,



and supporting continuous process improvements. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers to meet service commitments and optimize efficiency. Qualifications

• Robust Analytical Skills for monitoring operations, interpreting data, and implementing improvements.
• Hands-on experience in Operations Management, including shift planning, workflows, and process compliance.

• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
