Key Responsibilities
&
Skills:
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM development, implementation, and configuration.
• Solid expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and MID Server.
• Experience with IRE, CI relationships, Discovery patterns, and CMDB data management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshooting ITOM-related issues.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices. Preferred: CSA or CIS-ITOM certification and experience with ITOM Visibility and Event Management.
