• Evaluate Tamil audio samples for native-level fluency, naturalness, and linguistic authenticity.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and other relevant speech characteristics.
• Identify unnatural expressions, pronunciation errors, and deviations from natural Tamil speech.
• Document evaluation results in clear, concise English.
• Provide specific justifications for linguistic assessments using established guidelines.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across assigned audio samples.




• Clarify ambiguous instructions or linguistic cases with project coordinators.
• Identify patterns in speech quality that may help improve Tamil-language AI systems.

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil, with strong command of spoken Tamil and familiarity with natural language usage.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain nuanced linguistic judgments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail when identifying subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and intonation.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency across repetitive tasks.
