Class Threads is looking for an experienced freelancer to set up and integrate our WhatsApp and CRM systems. Engagement: Freelance / Project-based (long-term chance for the right fit)
Location:
Remote (Delhi NCR candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and configure the WhatsApp Business API
• Integrate WhatsApp with a CRM platform for lead and customer management
• Build automated workflows: auto-replies, broadcasts and follow-ups
• Set up a shared team inbox and train the team on using it Requirements
• Proven experience with WhatsApp API platforms such as Interakt, WATI, AiSensy or Gallabox
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or LeadSquared
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly)
• Ability to recommend the right tool stack for a business’s needs
• A portfolio of completed integration projects
