The Growth Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven growth strategies across digital and offline channels, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Daily responsibilities include planning and running experiments, optimizing funnels, managing performance campaigns, and collaborating with product, sales, and clinical teams to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates. The role also involves monitoring key growth metrics, performing cohort and funnel analysis, and identifying new opportunities for market penetration and customer expansion. The Growth Marketer will be expected to translate insights into actionable initiatives that support PB Health’s mission to deliver transparent, high-quality healthcare. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess solid Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skills, with experience designing and executing experiments to drive user and revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns and user journeys.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including experience with performance marketing, CRM funnels, and targeted campaigns to attract and qualify prospects.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or technology-driven consumer businesses is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with using analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and marketing automation systems is an advantage.
