WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR MERCHANDISER Hardman Atelier — Made in Madras As Hardman Atelier continues to develop its design, tailoring and ready-to-wear operations, we are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabric and trims sourcing, inventory management and stock control.
- Vendor management, procurement and purchase planning.
- Garment costing, material consumption and production coordination.
- Development and maintenance of fabric and trims libraries.
- Finished garment inventory, SKU management and stock reconciliation.
- Establishing merchandising processes and training junior team members. Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising or garment manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of woven fabrics,



menswear tailoring and garment construction.
- Experience in sourcing, costing, inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
- Ability to independently establish processes and manage responsibilities. Experience in premium menswear, bespoke tailoring or ready-to-wear production will be an advantage.
