Community Manager, Startup Ecosystem (Bengaluru) About XClub XClub is an invite-only community where founders and senior leaders meet, by invitation. We personally vet every member. Our code is simple: no pitching, no selling, no recordings. Trust and discretion first. We run city chapters through curated gatherings and sessions. Bengaluru is a core India chapter. The role Part-time Community Manager for the Bengaluru chapter. Fully remote. You own day-to-day community ops for Bengaluru’s startup ecosystem: member experience, gathering support, and keeping XClub exclusive in feel and execution. What you’ll do
• Own Bengaluru chapter member touchpoints: invites, RSVPs, follow-ups, and onboarding for personally vetted founders and leaders
• Plan and run high-quality Bengaluru gatherings and sessions (venues, guest lists, run-of-show, day-of coordination)
• Source and shortlist Bengaluru startup-ecosystem candidates for membership; keep the bar high




• Partner with Partnerships on sponsors and venue partners without breaking the no-pitch code
• Keep chapter calendars, guest notes, and post-gathering recaps tidy and on-brand
• Represent XClub’s tone on LinkedIn and email drafts you prepare for founder approval What we’re looking for
• Deep familiarity with Bengaluru’s startup ecosystem (founders, operators, venues, hubs)
• 2+ years in community, events, or ecosystem roles (part-time or full-time)
• Robust written English; calm, discreet, detail-obsessed
• Comfortable with remote tools (Luma, LinkedIn, Notion/Drive, email)
• Aligned with exclusivity: quality over volume, no spammy outreach Details
