E. in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 60% of marks with no arrears).
• 0 to 1 year of experience (2025 & 2026 Passed-Out preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (such as 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word).
• Positive communication in English and Tamil.
• Willing to work at Pollachi.
