Company Description Stride Automation is a rapidly growing provider of manufacturing automation and system integration services across water, steel, paper, power, and food industries. Under the leadership of its director, Stride Automation focuses on programming and integrating automation controllers such as PLCs and PACs, along with their interfaces (HMIs). The team also configures motion controllers, including motors, VFDs, servos, and measurement equipment to support flexible, high-performance industrial operations. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Nagpur. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and implement electrical systems for industrial automation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings and documentation, supporting power distribution and control panel design, and collaborating with project teams to integrate electrical solutions with automation controllers and motion equipment. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues on-site, coordinating with vendors and clients, and assisting in testing,



commissioning, and maintenance activities for installed systems. The Electrical Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of electrical engineering practices and support project planning and estimation. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical knowledge of Electricity principles applicable to industrial automation.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, including schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams for automation and control systems.
• Experience with Power Systems and Power Distribution in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with PLCs, PACs, HMIs, motion controllers, motors, VFDs, and servo systems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and technical documentation, with strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site in industrial environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems is an advantage.
