• Prepare annual and monthly maintenance budgets.
• Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Implement cost optimization initiatives without affecting equipment reliability. KRA 2: Preventive Maintenance Planning
• Develop maintenance schedules aligned with SAM PM standards.




• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor execution and improve maintenance performance. KRA 3: Vendor & OEM Coordination
• Coordinate technical discussions with vendors and OEMs.
• Resolve technical queries and ensure timely procurement support.
