About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Client Supervisor / Associate to manage employee transportation operations at assigned client locations while supporting fleet sourcing and vendor acquisition. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, vendor coordination, trip monitoring, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Coordination
• Coordinate daily trip schedules, shift rosters, vehicle allocations, and driver reporting.
• Monitor trips, manage delays and no-shows, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure vehicles and drivers meet safety and compliance requirements before deployment.
• Maintain skilled communication with clients and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS. Fleet Sourcing & Vendor Acquisition
• Source sedans, SUVs, and other approved vehicles from vehicle owners, owner-drivers, fleet operators, and transport agencies.
• Conduct market visits and develop new vendor relationships.
• Maintain a database of sourcing leads,



vehicle availability, expected rates, and vendor details.
• Coordinate rate negotiations within approved commercial limits.
• Follow up on vehicle inspections, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
• Build a pipeline of active, standby, and replacement vehicles. Vendor Management & Reporting
• Coordinate with compliance teams to verify vehicle and driver documents.
• Monitor vendor attendance, reporting discipline, and service quality.
• Submit daily reports on market visits, leads, vehicle onboarding, and operational issues. Requirements
• Graduate or diploma preferred.
• 1–4+ years of experience in employee transportation, fleet management, logistics, field operations, or vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of the local vehicle and transport market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and client-site operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and handle rotational shifts when required.
