Position Summary Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Talent Development Growth and Development team is seeking a Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Talent Development to lead the Technology and Leadership Internal Faculty Team. This leader will direct the faculty talent lifecycle, establish development pathways and performance standards, and help internal facilitators deliver technology and leadership learning experiences. The role partners with United States and United States India business, learning, and talent leaders to expand the internal faculty portfolio and demonstrate measurable business impact. The Associate Director will advance facilitation practices and the use of technology, including artificial intelligence tools, to improve scale, personalization, and learner outcomes. • Lead the full talent lifecycle for Technology and Leadership internal facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, development, retention, promotion, performance management, and recognition.
• Define the Internal Faculty Team’s vision, mission, and success measures; create Senior Facilitator and Facilitator development paths; and establish quantitative performance and utilization standards.
• Partner with United States and United States India business, learning, and talent leaders to identify and select programs for internal-faculty delivery.
• Report key performance metrics to the Technology and Leadership G&D; Leader, including cost avoidance, learner feedback, learner throughput, utilization, and business impact.
• Advance facilitation practices through new methods, learning technologies, and artificial intelligence tools that support scale, personalization, engagement, retention, recall, application, and behavior change. The team Facilitate Learning Programs across Professional and Leadership skills, Human Potential skills, Culture & Belonging, WellBeing, Marketplace Leadership skills (such as Industry training), Sustainability, Communication Skills, and Purpose. Provide Workplace Coaching services to Leadership. Facilitate client labs and strategy sessions.

Hyderabad Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM Qualifications Required:
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years leading Technology and Leadership faculty teams.
• Experience managing the talent lifecycle for internal facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, development, performance management, and recognition.
• Experience partnering with United States and United States India business, learning, and talent stakeholders.
• Experience establishing facilitator development paths and quantitative performance, utilization, or learner-outcome standards.
• Experience managing and reporting learning or talent metrics, including learner throughput, utilization, cost avoidance, learner feedback, or business impact. Preferred:
• Experience supporting technology and leadership learning programs.
• Experience identifying and selecting programs for internal-faculty delivery in partnership with business and learning leaders.
• Experience using facilitation methods, learning technologies, or artificial intelligence tools to scale or personalize learning experiences.
