Experience: 10+ years, with 6–7 years of relevant experience

Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose Establish and manage the PMS fund management function, with a focus on HNI wealth clients. Develop and manage multi-asset portfolios across mutual funds, ETFs, bonds and other relevant investment instruments in line with defined investment strategies and risk frameworks. Key Responsibilities Investment Management Manage and develop portfolios for various client segments in line with market trends. Design the risk management framework for PMS. Create model portfolios across Mutual Funds, Bonds, and ETFs, generating portfolio ideas to meet the needs of different client segments. Execute buy/sell decisions and actively monitor portfolio performance. Ensure optimal asset allocation and diversification across portfolios. Deliver clear market commentary, model outputs, and investment rationale for client communication, reviews, and product notes. Rebalance PMS portfolios across equity, debt, and hybrid strategies to meet client mandates and performance objectives. Client Interaction and Reporting Participate in client meetings, portfolio reviews and investment discussions. Explain investment strategies, market outlook and portfolio performance. Support relationship managers and sales teams in client acquisition and retention.



Prepare portfolio factsheets, presentations and investment notes. Compliance and Governance Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI PMS regulations, internal policies and audit requirements. Maintain portfolio documentation and regulatory disclosures. Coordinate with compliance, operations and dealing teams for efficient execution. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 10 years of skilled experience, including 6–7 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in portfolio management, fund management, equity/debt research with portfolio responsibility, PMS, AIF, mutual funds or proprietary investing. Strong understanding of Indian equity and fixed-income markets, economic cycles, fundamental research and valuation. Excellent analytical, communication and client management skills. High ethical standards, ownership, adaptability and strong decision-making abilities. Preferred Leadership Competencies Ownership, speed, analytical thinking, compliance orientation, resilience, decision-making, adaptability, collaboration, empathy and boundaryless behaviour. Compensation CTC: 50 LPA, depending on relevant experience, skills, and existing client relationships.
